T'ai Chi;
Weekends; To be flexible, I teach two versions of the 'simplfied' forms;
The 'Short Form' (of Cheng Man Ching) in six modules. This is the normal starting point.
A 'mini form' in three modules to start people off or for poeple who are a bit too busy to take on much.
You can join in at any time & learn the modules in any sequence.
It's great if you can commence with The Foundation Module & do the other modules in order but it's often not possible.
Email me & register your interest, I will send you a booking form so that you can book your place on the next class.

Tuesday nights in Pimlico; 6.30-7.25pm; There is a general review class for anybody wanting to review thier work. I don't teach new movements here but you can work on your stuff & I am there for reference. There is a 'fair usage policy' in force in this class.
If & when there is sufficient demand I will run Foundation courses on a Tuesday night
Email me if this is your preference & we will organise a class.

Wednesday mornings at The Oasis in Holborn. This class has the advantage that you can join at any time & attend as you like. The price of this flexibility is that it's a 'gym style' multi-level class so for some of the time you will be left to practice on your own or in small groups while I attend to others.

Chi Kung;
Weekends; I teach specific Chi Kung Courses at the weekends - beginners are welcome.

Tuesday evenings 7.30-8.30pm; You can join these 'beginner friendly' Chi Kung classes where we practice a selection of simple & stimulating Chi Kung exercises and some standing - practiced as a group.
This class is beneficial to beginners as well as the experienced.

We start classes with some warm up work, the Form movements are introduced incrementally, and there is always time for review.

My classes are not aimed at teachers & attendance is by no means tacit approval for a person to go on & teach.
