The Tuesday night class in Pimlico.

THE CLASS IS IN THREE PARTS;

Part 1: 6.30-7.25pm; There is a General Review Class for anybody wanting to review thier work. I don't teach new movements here but you can work on your stuff & I am there for reference. There is a 'fair usage policy' in force in this class.
If & when there is sufficient demand I will run Foundation courses on a Tuesday night

Part 2: 7.30 - 820pm - A general Chi Kung session with a selection of simple & stimulating Chi Kung exercises and some standing - practiced as a group. This class is beneficial to beginners as well as the experienced.

Part 3: Has two sessions. 8.30 - 9.00pm: Form corrections.   9.00 - 9.30pm: Partner work corrections.
In both sessions the corrections will be adapted to the needs of the group present.

Cost:

Part 1: 6.30-7.25pm; £7 or £5 if you are attending part 2/3.

Part 2: 7.30 - 820pm & Part 3: 8.30 - 930pm
Paid in advance - 10 evenings both parts - £120
Paid in advance - 10 evenings one part - £70
Paid on the night - per part - £10


Where:

The Boy's Club, St. Gabriel's Parish House Hall. There is a door code of which you will be informed.


Please note; Sometimes I am out of the country studying abroad for the odd month here & there I will suspend classes. You will get plenty of notice to organise your diary since these trips take some time to arrange.
